Diana R. Passadori is a sharp, well-rounded, and vigorous advocate. She takes a practical and compassionate approach to each of her client’s matters. Settlement is always preferred, which is the reason Ms. Passadori limits her practice to mediation, consulting, collaborative divorce, and limited litigation.
She has practiced family law throughout the Bay Area since 2007 when she was admitted to the State Bar of California. Her practice has been limited to litigation and mediation of family law matters including contested hearings and trials on asset valuation, characterization and division; reimbursement issues; child and spousal support, including arrears; child custody and visitation; domestic violence restraining orders; attorney’s fees requests; and paternity suits. She also enjoys the preparation and negotiation of premarital agreements as this allows her to work with parties at a very different stage in the process in hopes that dissolution of marriage will never occur.
Ms. Passadori completed a 40-hour Mediation and Conflict Resolution Training, which is not required in California. She is also trained as a Collaborative Divorce lawyer where the parties promise to stay out of court and build a team of trained professionals to work collaboratively to find resolutions.
Ms. Passadori earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University, School of Law in December 2006 and also received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University in 2003. She enjoys volunteering her time with organizations such as the S.F. Food Bank, Legal Aid, At the Crossroads (teen homeless center), and on the self-represented litigants court calendar in San Mateo and San Francisco.
