Family Law Approach:

  • When a meaningful relationship with your partner is ending, a well-rounded and informed approach is imperative.

  • From the outset of working with the firm, you will know that your lawyer is on your side and ready to pursue every avenue - procedural and substantive - to provide a thoughtful and strong legal approach on each and every issue, including asset division, child support, spousal support (“alimony”), debt protection and allocation, child custody, date of separation disputes, tracing separate property, reimbursement issues, attorney’s fees contributions, and the like.

  • The firm’s experience includes hundreds of court appearances and negotiated settlements for divorce cases and child custody (“paternity”) cases where the parties were not married and require child custody and child support orders. In addition, Ms. Passadori has litigated restraining order matters throughout her career, including domestic violence (dating or marital relationship) and civil harassment (neighbor and other familial relationship) restraining orders.

  • Ms. Passadori will always strive for out-of-court resolution as that leaves the power and decision-making in the hands of the parties rather than taking a chance on the uncertainty of the court process. However, when settlement cannot be achieved, vigorous and thorough presentation of the legal issues to the judge will be done in a knowledgeable, effective, and in-depth manner.
